Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to plan my travel and schedule effectively. For late cancellations, the full session fee may apply, but I completely understand that life with dogs (and kids!) can be unpredictable. If there’s an emergency or something unexpected happens, just let me know as soon as you can.
