At Busy Pawz, we take pride in creating premium, small-batch training treats made with quality ingredients and no preservatives. We want every dog (and their human!) to love what they receive.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on unopened treat bags in original condition within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required, and return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Because our treats are preservative-free, we are unable to accept returns once the packaging has been opened.
If you’re trying our treats for the first time or have a fussy eater, we recommend starting with a 30g trial size before committing to larger quantities. (That said, we're yet to meet a dog who doesn’t love them! 🐾)
Concerns with Your Order
If you believe your treats have arrived in a condition that’s not up to our usual standards, and the packaging is still sealed and intact, please get in touch with us within 14 days of purchase.
We’ll review the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law, which entitles customers to a remedy if a product fails to meet consumer guarantees, such as being of acceptable quality at the time of purchase.
Storage Disclaimer
Our treats are gently dehydrated and made without artificial preservatives, so proper storage is essential to maintain their quality and safety.
Once opened, please store your treats in a cool, dry place and transfer them to an airtight container - especially in humid or damp conditions. We’re unable to accept responsibility for spoilage or contamination that results from incorrect storage after opening.
