All our dog gear is handmade here at Busy Pawz HQ ... although we carry small amount of ready made stock, we will likely need to make your order from scratch. We aim to get orders dispatched within 24hrs but sometimes (not often!) we may need a little extra time especially for larger orders - if you have selected PICKUP, we will email you when your order is ready.
